Crispy Cheddar Chicken

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. large chicken breasts 4 nos
  • 2. sleeves Ritz crackers 2 nos
  • 3. salt 1/4 tsp
  • 4. pepper 1/8 tsp
  • 5. milk 1/2 cups
  • 6. cheddar cheese, grated 3 cups
  • 7. dried palsey 1 tbsp
  • 8. 110 ounce can of cream of chicken souo 1 nos
  • 9. sour cream 2 tbsp
  • 10. butter 2 tbsp

PREPARATION

1. Cur each chicken breast into 3 large chunks

2. In a food processor grind up the Ritz crackers

3. Pour the milk, cheese and cracker crumbs into 3 separate dishes.

4. Dip each piece of chicken into the milk then the cheese.

5. Lay the chicken in an oven dish and sprinkle the parsley over the chicken

6. Bake at 200°C for 35 mins

7. In a medium sized pan combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream and butter
