° 1 1/2 cups butter
° 3 c. chopped garlic
° 1/8 c. crushed red pepper
° 1 c. seafood spice
In a very large pot, bring a generous amount of salted water to a boil. and immerse the crab legs and corn on the cob and cook until the ears are tender and the crab meat is opaque, about 15-20 minutes. Drain well.
Melt the butter in a large saucepan; add garlic, crushed red pepper and seafood spices. Add crab cobs and legs and sauté to coat well with garlic butter. You can also skip this step and serve the garlic butter for a dip.
