Malay Fried Chicken Wings by Meng-Choo Tan

Mix the marinate:

  • Tumeric Powder 1tbsp
  • Chilli Powder 1tbsp
  • Coriander Powder 1tbsp
  • Garlic Powder 1tbsp
  • Dash of Pepper
  • Salt 2tsp
  • Lime Juice 2
  • Water 2 tbsp
  • Buttermilk 1/2c
Leave the chicken wings in marinate overnight.
Lightly flour them when ready to fry
(I used self raising flour, couldn’t find my plain flour)
